Lamentations 5:19

O Lord, forever you remain the same! Your throne continues from generation to generation.

Devotion:

Since the beginning of time, only One remains constant- God! People can leave legacies behind them and some people may celebrate them often. But our God is an eternal God- every generation will know His name! That's so amazing! Because every generation will know His Name, we need to do our part and teach younger generations (the FUTURE & the NOW) about Him. Teach your children or grandchildren about God. Get involved in a student or children's ministry at church. They are eager to learn as you become excited to teach them!

Prayer:

Father, You are the only constant in my life, everything else fails me. I stand in awe because You were the same God 500 years ago as You are today and will be 1,000 years from now. I pray for the future generations so that they become more passionate as we (Christians) are today. Amen.
